Servings: 1 16 Ounce Jar

Ingredients

  • 1 Red Onion
  • ¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • Boiling Water

Instructions

  1. Grab your jar and thinly slice your red onion. I like cutting it in half first, laying it on its flat side and then slicing. Place all your onion into the jar and add in your salt, sugar and vinegar. Pour your boiling water over top and let this cool for a few minutes. Place a lid on top of the jar and give a slight roll/shake to help combine the ingredients.
  2. Take the lid off, let cool for about 20 minutes and then put the lid back on and place in the fridge. Eat the next day!
  3. Keeps in the fridge for up to 2 months!
