About Sarah

Sarah Therèse was asked at a homeschool co-op when she was 7 years old “What do you want to be when you grow up?”. As kids around the room said “Astronaut!” or “Dancer!” or “Vet!”, Sarah said “A Mom”.

Now nearing 30, Sarah is married to her college sweetie and is a mama to five sweet children. She lives a busy life that is made beautiful through intentional, minimal and sustainable practices. Not only does she spend her days homeschooling, cooking, planning and organizing her home but has a special place in her heart for a good book and hot cup of black coffee.

Her love for cooking started with her Mom. She made sauces, breads, salads, dips, desserts, etc every day. Their home always smelt so good! She let Sarah help her and taught her all the tricks and then let her go start her own “smell good kitchen” when she got married at 19.

Since then, Sarah has been learning about whole foods, sourdough bread making and the ability to make their essential foods at home with her own hands.

When she isn’t being “superwoman” you will find her problem solving, being a tourist in her own city and wishing she was born a natural redhead.
